Honey Garlic Shrimp

Honey Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon chopped Serrano pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Heat a skillet to high heat. Add the oil and garlic. Quickly cook the garlic until translucent and add the shrimp. Cook the shrimp to a firm texture and add the remaining ingredients. Toss and serve hot. Serves four.
