BiG Daddys Big Ob Flavor Spinach Treats by Thomas Davis, Waynesboro, MS from The Garlic Lovers Cookbook Vol 2
Makes 8 to 10 servings
Ingredients
2 ( 10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
10 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
3 cups commercial herb stuffing mix
6 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup Parmesan Romano cheese mixture
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
1 ( 10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
Method of Preparation
Combine all ingredients except soup. Shape into small balls, Place on a large ungreased baking pan. Bake uncovered
at 325 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove to serving dish. Heat soup to boiling and pour over treats. Serve hot.
