Sweet Pumpkin Dip The Poconos from Interval World
Ingredients
16 ounces creamed cheese softened
1 15 ounce can pureed pumpkin or 15 ounces fresh pumpkin cooked and pureed
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Method of Preparation
Whisk the cream cheese and pumpkin until you achieve a smooth consistency. Add the powdered sugar, cinnamon, and ginger and continue mixing until well blended. Put a lid on it and refrigerate until chilled. Serve with apple slices, ginger snap cookies, and small crisp pretzels.
