Heaven Scent by Janice Smith, Delano, CA from The Garlic Lovers cookbook Vol2
Serves 4 or 5
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves fresh garlic sliced
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
4 or 5 zucchini sliced thin
1 teaspoon minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Method of Preparation
In a large skillet or wok, melt butter over high heat. Add olive oil and garlic. and stir for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add zucchini and stir fry for 4 minutes more. Sprinkle in parsley, thyme , salt, and pepper. Stir and serve immediately.
