Kahlua Dessert Dip of Mexico from Interval World
Ingredients
1 cup whipping cream
3 tablespoons Kahlua
1 tablespoons honey
1 to 2 shakes of cinnamon
Method of Preparation
Whisk the whipping cream until it thickens, gradually adding the Kahlua and honey as you work. Continue until the sweet concoction maintains a soft peak on the beater when its pulled from the bowl. Spoon the mixture into a dish, dust with cinnamon, and serve with simple crispy cookies and sliced banana, mango and star fruit.
